QMAK Pilot Family Program — Terms of Service Last updated: April 2026
1. Program Overview The QMAK Pilot Family Program (“Program”) is an invitation-only early access initiative operated by QMAK (“we,” “us,” “our”). Selected families (“Pilot Families,” “you”) receive access to QMAK’s platform, curriculum, and tools prior to general public release in exchange for usage, feedback, and participation.
2. Eligibility The Program is open to families with children aged 4–18. Acceptance is at QMAK’s sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
3. What You Receive Accepted Pilot Families receive full access to the QMAK platform during the pilot period, including all curriculum libraries, content, and tools available at the time of enrollment. Access may also include features or content still under development.
4. What We Ask of You Pilot Families commit to:
5. Feedback & Intellectual Property Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports you provide to QMAK may be used by us without restriction to improve the platform. You retain no intellectual property rights over feedback submitted. We will never use your personal information in marketing without your explicit written consent (see Testimonial Consent below).
6. Testimonials If you indicate willingness to provide a testimonial, we may contact you to request one. Any testimonial used in QMAK marketing materials will be shared with you for approval before publication. You may withdraw consent for testimonial use at any time by emailing support@qmak.com.
7. Affiliate Program If you indicate interest in the QMAK Affiliate Program, we may contact you separately with details. Participation in the Pilot Program does not automatically enroll you as an affiliate. The Affiliate Program has its own terms and conditions.
8. Early-Stage Product You acknowledge that QMAK is an early-stage product. Content, features, and functionality may change, be incomplete, or contain errors. We provide the platform “as is” during the pilot period without warranty of any kind.
9. Pricing & Access After the Pilot Pilot Families who complete the program in good faith will receive founding family pricing for any future QMAK membership — details of which will be communicated before the pilot period ends. QMAK reserves the right to set and modify pricing at its discretion.
10. Termination Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. QMAK may remove a Pilot Family from the Program if participation requirements are not met or if conduct is inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion before formal proceedings.
12. Contact For questions about these terms, email support@qmak.com.
