Action Knowledge

The second pillar of our name, “Action Knowledge,” emphasizes the importance of applying the knowledge gained. We challenge the traditional educational paradigm that often focuses on the accumulation of information with little real-world application. A study by the National Training Laboratories found that the retention rate of learning is dramatically higher when learners are engaged in active, participatory learning (75%) compared to passive learning methods like lectures (5%) or reading (10%).

Inspired by such findings, we aim to turn the traditional concept of education on its head. We believe that knowledge, to be truly effective, must be actioned. It’s not just about learning; it’s about doing. Our courses are structured to provide practical lessons that can be applied immediately, enabling positive changes in our learners’ lives.

Through hands-on projects, real-world case studies, and guided practice, we ensure that our learners are not just passively absorbing information but are actively engaging with it. This approach leads to deeper understanding, longer retention, and the ability to transfer knowledge to new situations.

At QMAK, we are committed to bridging the gap between theory and practice, empowering our learners to turn knowledge into a tool for personal growth and success.
