  • Gentle Tapping: Encourage them to gently tap on their chest, like greeting a dear friend.
  • Silent Affirmation: Invite them to silently whisper to their heart, “I am here, and I am listening.”

3. Recall a Loving Experience

  • Memory Journey: Guide students to recall a moment when they felt the warmth and joy of love.
    • Examples: Love for a family member, a close friend, or a beloved pet.
  • Relive Sensations: Encourage them to immerse themselves in that heart-opening experience.
  • Physical Awareness: Notice how their chest feels as they bask in that love.
  • Anchor the Feeling: Help them anchor this sensation in their body for future access.

4. Address Challenges with Love

  • Identify a Stressor: Ask students to think of a situation causing them stress or worry.
  • Heart Invitation: Guide them to seek their heart’s help in responding to this challenge.
  • Reflective Question: Encourage them to ask, “What would love do in this situation?”
